2X2X2 AMMO CARRIER

Nice product that would have been better if it had a seperate belt loop. The present system allows for the possibility that you will unsnap it and lose your ammo it it slips out of your belt.

Hello Joe, thank you for taking the time to review our product. This isn’t the first time we’ve received this feedback in the 40 years the 2X2X2’s has been in our product line-up. However, we’ve never received feedback that it slipped out from under one's belt, nor has our testing shown it to be a legitimate concern. A loop will add bulk and cost and the result will be a pouch that sags out away from your body. Two slots in the back would be an alternative, but only a narrow belt would fit. We ask that you try it, we think you’ll love it!

I bought this as an alternative to the traditional speed loader carrier because it doesn't project itself away from the body, and is thus more concealable when worn on the belt. It isn't as fast as a speed loader, but I bet that I can improve my time to reload with practice. It will stay on the belt when opened, so ammo won't be dropping away. The six-round capacity is grouped 2 by 2 by 2, and two-round pulls are easy. Since it will fit on a belt up to 1.75 inch wide, it will fit any belt that I wear. I am right handed, so I carry a revolver on the belt in the 3-o'clock position, I carry with extra ammo in the 2x2x2 carrier at the 4-o'clock position. I also purchased a second carrier so I can carry more ammo in the 2-o'clock position. Finally, the craftsmanship is superb. The dark tan and prominent stitching are really nice. It is just an elegant piece of gear.
