A wide strap distributes the weight of the gun on the shoulder. The simple design slips onto the stock, while the front loop will tighten onto any barrel or handguard.

AR15 SBR
I live in big cat and wolf country. I bought this for when I go on evening hikes with my dogs, so I can carry an AR15 SBR instead of belt hung .357. This sling is perfect for this use! Its not adjustable, so it may not work for you if your attaching it to a longer rifle (Doesnt work for my Ruger Precision) or if you are a huge chested (over weight) man. For the rest of us, it works really well and is made of high quality soft, comfortable leather. I love it!

Classic and effective
The sling works perfectly on my REM 7400 and my Winchester 30-30 lever action, neither of which do I want to drill into the stock. Hunted with the sling which easily slips on and off whichever rifle I want to hunt. I imagine it’ll fit my 870 pump as well so a great option - worth the money for sure both for its effective use and ease of moving it from gun to gun. Classic leather look fits what I like on my wood stock guns, too!
