Description
Heavy Duty Instructors belts are constructed of SCUBA-type webbing. They feature a drop forged buckle - inspired by the parachute-spec buckle found on our original Instructors Belts - finished with Cerakote, with an epoxy-finished tip that prevents fraying. Hook-and-loop closure.

Ideal for left hand holster use, the tension adjustment is on the right side when looped through the pants counter-clockwise (as is customary by US males). Looping the belt clockwise puts the adjustment on the left side and best accommodates right-side holster carry.

Please see "Belt sizing" before ordering.

Perfect belt
The last one I had lasted 10 years with daily use on several different holsters and configurations. Best gun belt on the market!

The first one lasted 20 years So I'm pretty sure this one will last just as long Even if it only lasts half as long I'll Buy another one providing they still make them

Good belt
This is the third Galco belt I have owned. I personally prefer a 1 3/4” belt to carry the weight of a g17, appendix, plus a spare mag and a cat7 tourniquet in between the gun and spare mag all in front inside the waist band. Also a leather man wave at 9:00 outside the waist band.

I’m a 34” waist, so the medium belt works best. The belts last a few years of everyday use. 40 hours in a hot factory and training 4 or five hours a week on the range or weapons based grappling. After about 3 years the tension is not sufficient anymore.

The newest one I bought doesn’t have the inner liner that made the belt stiffer. This may not be an issue, but I prefer the stiffest belt I can get. Not sure if Galco offers that version anymore.

I ordered a large by mistake and Galco provided excellent customer service replacing it with a medium at my request.
