Description
    The Model 1880s™ is the holster for the single action shooter on the budget of the working cowboy. It is reminiscent of the rigs worn in American Westerns in the 1950’s and 60’s. The holster is high-ride and is now available for both a strong side draw and cross draw. It is constructed of premium full-grain natural tan steerhide.

    The premium, full grain steerhide of the holster, belt billets and cartridge loops is “natural,” best described as a very light version of Galco’s traditional “tan” color. The Premium Center Cut Steerhide of the belt body is a much darker natural color, giving the rig a tone-on-tone or two-tone appearance.

    Fits belts up to 3" wide.

    Belt is not included but can be purchased separately, in our cartridge belt section.

Galco 1880's Holster Strongside
I have been a Galco supporter for over 20 years. The quality of my oldest holster is identical to my latest purchase of the 1880's holster strongside. It is remarkable how well these holsters fit their intended weapon, using Galco's method of break-in the gun fits perfectly. The fit and finish of the leather is superb! I purchased this holster during a 25% off sale, how they make such a quality product, made in the USA, for that price, is astonishing. I always look to buy American if at all possible and Galco holsters fit the bill on every count. They are constructed here in the US, with superb materials and workmanship. Just getting started and moving into some Cowboy Action competitions. Getting ready for my first event. Currently breaking in everything and practicing. This will do everything I need for some time.
