Shipping and Handling Policy

Galco’s goal is to ship in-stock items the same or the following business day, Monday - Thursday (excluding holidays) in most cases. Processing time is unaffected by shipping method selected. When your item is shipped, you’ll be sent an email with your tracking information. Gmail users are strongly encouraged to check their spam folder. All others, please check spam and/or junk mail folders. Backordered items may take up to 6 weeks to ship.


Retail customers who wish to return a product purchased directly from Galco Holsters should follow these simple steps:
  1. Contact Galco Customer Service at 800-874-2526 or within ten business days of receipt of the item.
  2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions from a Galco Customer Service Representative.
  3. Return the item to Galco in new, unused condition for a full refund (less shipping and handling fees) or an exchange to:2019 West Quail Avenue, Door A, Phoenix, AZ 85027
  4. Please make sure to be certain that your RA number is clearly marked on the outside of your package.
  5. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping is considered a service and non-refundable once the service has been provided. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
