Partner With Galco
The Galco Affiliate Program allows approved U.S.-based publishers, creators, instructors, reviewers, website owners, and content partners to earn commissions by referring customers to Galco through approved affiliate links.
Galco has been producing premium holsters, belts, carriers, and related accessories for serious users since 1969. Our affiliate program is designed for responsible partners who promote Galco products honestly, lawfully, and in a safety-conscious manner.
Participation in the Galco Affiliate Program is free, but approval is required. All affiliates must comply with this Affiliate Program page, the Galco Affiliate Program Terms, Galco brand guidelines, applicable advertising laws, privacy laws, platform rules, firearms-related laws, and all other laws and regulations that apply to their content, audience, traffic sources, and promotional methods.
By applying to or participating in the Galco Affiliate Program, you agree to the Galco Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this page by reference. If there is any conflict between this page, the affiliate dashboard, and the Affiliate Program Terms, the Affiliate Program Terms control, except that commission rates, attribution windows, payment schedules, and promotional terms shown in the affiliate dashboard or provided by Galco in writing may control for the applicable campaign or period.

Commission:
Approved affiliates may earn a commission on qualifying purchases attributed to their approved Galco affiliate links. The applicable commission rate is shown in the affiliate dashboard or provided by Galco in writing.
Attribution window:
Galco uses affiliate tracking technology to help identify eligible referrals. Unless otherwise stated in the affiliate dashboard or in a written notice from Galco, the attribution window is 15 days from a valid user click on an approved Galco affiliate link.
Tracking and reporting:
Affiliate links may use cookies, pixels, link identifiers, referral URLs, transaction identifiers, browser or device information, and similar technologies to identify referrals, measure performance, prevent fraud, and calculate commissions.
Payment:
Approved commissions are paid according to the payment schedule, minimum payout threshold, and payment method shown in the affiliate dashboard or Affiliate Program Terms.
Important:
Commission rates, attribution windows, payment terms, product availability, coupon availability, and program rules may change. The current settings shown in the affiliate dashboard or provided by Galco in writing control over any prior promotional language.
U.S.-Only Program
The Galco Affiliate Program is available only to approved affiliates who reside within the United States.
For purposes of the Program, “United States” means the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, unless Galco expressly states otherwise in writing.
Applicants and affiliates must provide truthful, complete, current, and accurate personal, business, contact, tax, payment, website, social media, and traffic-source information when applying and throughout their participation in the Program.
You may not apply for, access, operate, control, or participate in the Program if you reside outside the United States. You may not use a U.S. mailing address, business address, payment account, representative, agent, contractor, nominee, straw applicant, virtual office, VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal or misrepresent your actual residence, identity, ownership, control, location, or eligibility.
If the applicant is a business entity, Galco may require that the entity be organized or authorized to do business in the United States and that the individual owner, controlling person, account administrator, or authorized representative responsible for the affiliate account reside within the United States.
Galco may require proof of identity, residence, account ownership, tax status, payment information, website ownership, traffic sources, and authority to act on behalf of an entity. Failure to provide requested verification may result in rejection, suspension, termination, withheld commissions, forfeiture of unpaid commissions to the fullest extent permitted by law, or permanent disqualification.
Any falsification, misrepresentation, concealment, omission, or attempted circumvention of the Program’s U.S.-residency, identity-verification, application-accuracy, or account-ownership requirements will result in immediate termination and a lifetime ban from the Galco Affiliate Program and any successor affiliate, referral, creator, ambassador, influencer, publisher, or partner program operated by Galco.
How the Program Works
- Apply for the Galco Affiliate Program.
- Galco reviews each application and may approve or reject any applicant at its discretion.
- If approved, you may receive access to Galco-approved affiliate links, banners, product images, promotional materials, and reporting tools.
- When a visitor clicks your approved affiliate link, Galco’s affiliate platform may use tracking technologies to help identify the referral.
- If the visitor completes a qualifying purchase within the applicable attribution window, and the transaction is not excluded, returned, canceled, refunded, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise invalid, you may earn a commission.
- Approved commissions are paid according to the payment schedule and minimum payout rules in the affiliate dashboard or Affiliate Program Terms.
No commission is earned, vested, payable, or finally approved until Galco validates the transaction and determines that it qualifies under Program rules.
Required Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Galco whenever they promote, review, recommend, rank, link to, or otherwise endorse Galco or Galco products.
Your disclosure must be clear, easy to understand, hard to miss, and placed near the endorsement, recommendation, claim, or affiliate link. It must appear before or at the same time as the affiliate link or recommendation. It may not be hidden in a footer, profile page, “About” page, terms page, group of hashtags, link tree, or behind a “more” link.
Acceptable disclosure examples include:
“As a Galco affiliate, I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.”
“Disclosure: I may receive a commission from Galco for purchases made through this link.”
“Paid affiliate link: I may earn from qualifying purchases.”
For video content, the disclosure must appear in the video itself and in the description before any affiliate links.
For podcast or audio content, the disclosure must be spoken before or during the endorsement.
For social media posts, the disclosure must appear in the post, caption, image, video, or other content where consumers will see or hear it before clicking or acting on the recommendation.
Do not use unclear disclosures such as “collab,” “partner,” “thanks,” “ambassador,” “sp,” “spon,” “affiliate,” or “link” unless the disclosure also clearly explains that you may receive compensation.
Tracking, Cookies, and Privacy
Galco’s affiliate program uses tracking technologies to identify affiliate referrals, measure performance, prevent fraud, and calculate commissions. These technologies may include cookies, pixels, link identifiers, referral URLs, transaction identifiers, browser information, device information, and similar tools.
Affiliate tracking is subject to Galco’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, applicable privacy laws, browser settings, user privacy choices, consent-management settings, and the technical limitations of the affiliate platform. Galco does not guarantee that every click, visit, or purchase can be tracked or attributed.
Affiliates may not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, misleading links, auto-redirects, browser extensions, toolbars, scripts, pop-ups, adware, malware, spyware, iframe drops, unauthorized retargeting, or any other method that causes tracking without a genuine user action.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all privacy, cookie, tracking, advertising, and consumer-choice laws that apply to their own websites, apps, emails, ads, social media accounts, and promotional methods.
Affiliates may not collect, use, sell, share, disclose, or otherwise process personal information on Galco’s behalf unless Galco expressly authorizes it in writing.
Truthful Application Information
You must provide truthful, complete, current, and accurate information in your application and in all Program-related communications, forms, dashboards, tax documents, payment records, websites, social media profiles, traffic-source disclosures, and compliance reviews.
You may not submit, use, or maintain any false, incomplete, misleading, outdated, fabricated, stolen, borrowed, or unverifiable information, including false or misleading information about your:
● legal name;
● business name;
● residence;
● mailing address;
● email address;
● telephone number;
● tax information;
● payment information;
● website ownership;
● social media accounts;
● traffic sources;
● promotional methods;
● relationship to other affiliates;
● prior participation in the Program;
● prior suspension, rejection, termination, or ban by Galco.
You must promptly update Galco if any application, account, tax, payment, contact, residence, ownership, or traffic-source information changes.
Submitting false, incomplete, misleading, concealed, or unverifiable information is a material breach of Program rules and may result in rejection, immediate termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions to the fullest extent permitted by law, and permanent lifetime disqualification from the Program.
Promotional Rules
Affiliates must promote Galco honestly, lawfully, and responsibly.
Affiliates may not:
● make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about Galco or any Galco product;
● imply that Galco products are suitable for every firearm, every user, every holster application, or every method of carry;
● alter Galco product warnings, firearm-fit guidance, safety instructions, compatibility information, pricing, discounts, warranty language, shipping terms, or return terms;
● claim that a product is available, discounted, guaranteed, approved, endorsed, certified, or exclusive unless Galco has expressly authorized that claim;
● promote expired, unauthorized, altered, leaked, or fake coupon codes;
● refer themselves, their own household, their own business, or any controlled account for commission;
● use Galco marks, names, product images, or copyrighted materials except as authorized by Galco;
● bid on Galco trademarks, misspellings, product names, domain names, or confusingly similar terms in paid search without written approval;
● use Galco trademarks in domain names, subdomains, social handles, ad account names, app names, usernames, or business names without written approval;
● send unsolicited email, text messages, direct messages, robocalls, push notifications, or other electronic marketing;
● advertise on platforms or in placements where Galco products, firearm accessories, weapons-related content, or affiliate links are prohibited or restricted;
● target minors or create content that appears designed to appeal primarily to minors;
● promote unsafe firearm handling, unlawful firearm possession, unlawful carry, unlawful modification, evasion of law, violence, threats, or misuse of firearms or firearm accessories.
Galco may require immediate removal, correction, or modification of any content, claim, ad, link, coupon listing, post, review, ranking, video, email, message, or placement that Galco determines may violate Program rules or create legal, safety, platform, reputational, operational, or brand risk.
Firearms-Related Content Standards
Galco sells holsters, belts, carriers, and related accessories. Affiliates must promote these products in a lawful, responsible, and safety-conscious manner.
Affiliates must not publish, distribute, advertise, or promote content that encourages, depicts, instructs, or facilitates:
● unlawful firearm possession;
● unlawful carry;
● unlawful transfer;
● unlawful modification;
● unsafe firearm handling;
● brandishing;
● violence;
● threats;
● intimidation;
● evasion of firearm laws;
● misuse of firearms or firearm accessories;
● use of Galco products with incompatible firearms;
● removal, alteration, or disregard of Galco safety warnings or product instructions.
Affiliates are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, local, and international laws, rules, regulations, platform policies, and advertising restrictions that apply to their content, audience, promotional methods, and traffic sources.
Reviews, Rankings, and Testimonials
Affiliates must ensure that all reviews, rankings, comparisons, testimonials, product recommendations, and endorsements are truthful, accurate, and reflect the affiliate’s honest opinions and actual experience.
Affiliates may not:
● create fake reviews or testimonials;
● use fake identities, fake personas, or fabricated customer experiences;
● claim to have used a product they have not used;
● misrepresent whether their experience was positive or negative;
● buy, sell, or trade reviews;
● condition compensation, free products, discounts, or other benefits on positive reviews;
● suppress, hide, alter, or manipulate negative feedback;
● claim that a review, ranking, or recommendation is independent if affiliate commissions, free products, discounts, or other benefits may affect the content;
● rank products based on commission rates, conversion rates, payment terms, or compensation without clearly disclosing that methodology;
● ask others to post reviews without disclosing incentives or material connections.
Any claim about Galco product performance, fit, safety, quality, durability, comfort, concealment, compatibility, materials, origin, warranty, legality, or use must be truthful, supportable, current, and consistent with Galco’s official product information.
Coupons and Promotions
Affiliates may promote only coupons, discounts, offers, and promotional language that Galco provides or expressly authorizes in writing.
Affiliates may not:
● advertise expired offers;
● create fake coupon codes;
● modify coupon terms;
● imply that a discount is exclusive unless Galco says it is exclusive;
● use misleading language such as “official Galco coupon,” “verified Galco discount,” “guaranteed best price,” or similar claims unless Galco has approved that exact claim;
● post Galco offers on coupon sites, deal sites, browser-extension platforms, forums, marketplaces, or user-generated coupon platforms unless Galco has approved that placement.
Galco may deny, reverse, or cancel commissions on transactions involving unauthorized, expired, leaked, altered, fabricated, or misleading coupon promotions.
Paid Search, Social Ads, and Platform Rules
Affiliates may not run paid search ads, sponsored posts, boosted posts, display ads, shopping ads, marketplace listings, retargeting campaigns, social ads, or other paid placements using Galco affiliate links unless Galco gives prior written approval.
Affiliates must comply with all rules of the applicable platform, ad network, marketplace, email provider, social media platform, payment provider, hosting provider, affiliate network, and traffic source.
Affiliates may not advertise Galco products or affiliate links in placements where holsters, firearm accessories, weapons-related content, or similar products are prohibited or restricted.
Galco may require immediate removal of any paid or organic content that Galco determines creates legal, safety, platform, reputational, operational, or brand risk.
Email, SMS, and Direct Messaging
Affiliates may not send marketing emails, SMS messages, direct messages, push notifications, robocalls, automated messages, or similar communications promoting Galco unless the affiliate has all legally required consents and Galco has approved the campaign in writing.
Any approved email, SMS, or direct-message campaign must:
● comply with all applicable laws;
● identify the affiliate as the sender;
● include required advertising disclosures;
● include required affiliate disclosures;
● provide required opt-out mechanisms;
● honor opt-out requests within legally required time periods;
● not imply that Galco sent, sponsored, reviewed, or approved the message unless Galco has expressly authorized that representation.
Affiliates must maintain records proving consent and compliance and provide those records to Galco upon request.
Prohibited Promotional Methods
Affiliates may not use any deceptive, artificial, unauthorized, or abusive promotional method.
Prohibited methods include:
● cookie stuffing;
● forced clicks;
● hidden iframes;
● auto-redirects;
● misleading buttons;
● fake close buttons;
● invisible links;
● pop-unders;
● browser extensions;
● toolbars;
● adware;
● malware;
● spyware;
● bots;
● click farms;
● paid-to-click traffic;
● incentivized clicks not approved by Galco;
● lead farms;
● automated traffic;
● unauthorized retargeting;
● unauthorized remarketing;
● unauthorized coupon injections;
● unauthorized browser notifications;
● unauthorized software downloads;
● scraping Galco websites, product feeds, prices, images, reviews, or customer data;
● interfering with Galco tracking, checkout, security, fraud-control, or reporting systems.
Affiliates may not impersonate Galco, create websites or ads that appear to be operated by Galco, or suggest that the affiliate is Galco, an employee of Galco, an authorized dealer, an official representative, or an exclusive partner unless Galco has expressly authorized that status in writing.
Commissions and Payments
Approved affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying net sales only.
Unless Galco states otherwise in writing, “net sales” excludes:
● taxes;
● shipping;
● handling;
● discounts;
● gift cards;
● returns;
● refunds;
● chargebacks;
● canceled orders;
● duplicate orders;
● fraudulent transactions;
● self-referrals;
● manually adjusted orders;
● special-pricing orders;
● wholesale orders;
● dealer orders;
● government orders;
● law-enforcement orders;
● orders generated in violation of Program rules;
● any other amounts not retained by Galco.
Payments are issued according to the payment schedule, minimum payout threshold, and payment method shown in the affiliate dashboard or Affiliate Program Terms.
Galco may withhold payment until required tax forms, identity information, payment details, residence verification, and compliance reviews are complete.
Galco may withhold, deny, reverse, offset, or cancel commissions for returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, tracking errors, rule violations, suspected misconduct, false application information, ineligible participation, legal risk, or violation of the Program’s U.S.-residency requirement.
No commission is earned, vested, payable, or finally approved if the affiliate was ineligible to participate in the Program, resided outside the United States, submitted false or misleading application information, concealed relevant account information, or violated the Program’s identity, residence, ownership, traffic-source, or verification requirements.
Enforcement and Lifetime Ban Policy
Galco may monitor, review, audit, and capture affiliate websites, posts, ads, emails, text messages, direct messages, social media accounts, videos, podcasts, coupon listings, reviews, rankings, traffic sources, disclosures, claims, and promotional methods for compliance.
Upon request, affiliates must provide Galco with information about their identity, residence, ownership, traffic sources, advertising accounts, placements, consent records, disclosure practices, and compliance controls.
Galco may reject, suspend, terminate, permanently disqualify, or ban any applicant or affiliate that Galco determines has:
● violated Program rules;
● submitted false, incomplete, misleading, concealed, or unverifiable information;
● misrepresented identity, residence, ownership, control, eligibility, or traffic sources;
● attempted to evade the U.S.-residency requirement;
● attempted to rejoin after suspension, termination, or ban;
● used a nominee, straw applicant, alias, related entity, controlled account, or third party to evade Program rules;
● generated suspicious, fraudulent, deceptive, or artificial traffic;
● misused Galco’s brand;
● violated advertising, privacy, platform, firearms-related, consumer-protection, or endorsement rules;
● failed to make required affiliate disclosures;
● created legal, safety, reputational, operational, or brand risk for Galco.
Permanent disqualification means a lifetime ban from the Galco Affiliate Program and any successor affiliate, referral, creator, ambassador, influencer, publisher, or partner program operated by Galco.
A lifetime ban applies to the individual applicant or affiliate and may also apply, at Galco’s discretion, to any related account, business entity, website, domain, social media account, payment account, mailing address, tax profile, device identifier, traffic source, affiliate-network account, or person or entity under common ownership, control, direction, or coordination.
A banned person or entity may not reapply, participate indirectly, receive commissions through another account, use a nominee or straw applicant, operate through a related business, or assist another affiliate in generating commissions for Galco.
Galco may withhold, deny, reverse, or cancel commissions associated with any account that violates this section, including commissions generated before the violation was discovered, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Galco reserves all rights and remedies available under law, contract, equity, affiliate-network rules, platform policies, and fraud-prevention procedures.
Intellectual Property and Brand Use
Galco grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Galco-approved affiliate links, banners, product images, trademarks, and promotional materials solely to promote Galco under Program rules.
Affiliates may not alter Galco trademarks, logos, product images, product descriptions, safety warnings, firearm-fit guidance, warranty language, return terms, or promotional materials without written approval.
All Galco intellectual property remains Galco’s property. Galco may require any affiliate to remove or modify any use of Galco intellectual property at any time.
Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates are independent contractors.
Participation in the Galco Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, partnership, dealer, distributor, representative, or reseller relationship.
Affiliates may not make commitments, warranties, promises, offers, discounts, claims, or representations on Galco’s behalf.
No Guarantee
Galco does not guarantee approval, traffic, clicks, conversion rates, tracking, attribution, commissions, payment timing, program availability, product availability, pricing, inventory, promotional offers, or continued participation in the Program.
Galco may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, commission rates, attribution windows, payment thresholds, approved materials, prohibited methods, eligibility rules, or Program terms at any time.

By submitting an application, you certify that:
● you reside within the United States;
● all information you provide is truthful, complete, current, and accurate;
● you are not applying on behalf of any person or entity that is ineligible, suspended, terminated, or banned from the Galco Affiliate Program;
● you will comply with Galco’s Program rules, disclosure requirements, privacy requirements, advertising restrictions, firearms-related content standards, and applicable law;
● you understand that false, incomplete, misleading, concealed, or unverifiable information, or any attempt to evade the Program’s U.S.-residency requirement, will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions to the fullest extent permitted by law, and a lifetime ban from the Galco Affiliate Program and any successor program.
