PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME/METHOD
Galco’s goal is to ship in-stock items the same or the following business day, in most cases, regardless of shipping method selected. Backordered items are shipped by standard (non-expedited) carrier, regardless of original shipping method selected. When your item is shipped, an email will be sent to you with your tracking information. Out of stock items may take up to 6 weeks to ship.
International shipping fees vary based on order size and location. A Galco customer service representative will contact international customers within two business days of order submission with a total shipping cost. Please note that there may also be customs fees or duties not related to Galco's charges that the customer is responsible for payment before receipt of the product.

Customer satisfaction is as important to Galco today as it was over 50 years ago when we first began making holsters. We pride ourselves on the technical assistance offered by our knowledgeable Customer Service staff, who are happy to guide you through the holster selection process. However, since we are shooters ourselves, we also recognize that not all holsters works perfectly for all gun carriers, and that “it doesn’t work for me” is a valid reason to return or exchange an item. Because of this, we offer an easy and hassle-free return process.
To return a product purchased directly from Galco Holsters, follow these three simple steps:
1. Contact Customer Service at 800.874.2526 or firstname.lastname@example.org within ten business days of receipt of the item.
2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Return the item to Galco in new, unused condition in original packaging for a refund (less shipping and handling fees) or an exchange for an item that better meets your needs (we'll even pay the freight back to you).
