Ever notice how the broken-in leather belts you’ve worn for a while have taken on a curve? That’s called a contour, and it makes a sturdy belt more comfortable. Galco’s contour belts come pre-curved, so they’re amazingly comfortable right out of the package.
This 1 1/2" wide, double-thickness holster belt is made from premium steerhide with fancy stitching. Seven holes for a wide adjustment range, with a solid brass removable buckle. The tan belts include a brass-finished buckle, while black belts include a nickel-plated buckle.

This CB7 Fancy Stitch Belt is replacing a worn but still serviceable 10 year old CB7 Fancy Stitch Belt. That original belt saw hard service all over the planet with and without a holster and other Galco leather accessories. The belt and buckle for the new belt and the old one seem to be identical. That tells me this quality Made in USA product has not changed. I sort of hope the same leathercrafter made both belts or at least the older trained the younger.

Great Belt that will last
I had another Galco belt that I used for 15 years. I lost a bunch of weight and needed to get another heavy duty belt that I can carry an Sig 229 in a holster with an extra mag on the left side. I do wish that it came with leather belt conditioner to darken up the brown and keep the leather in like new condition.

Exactly What I Wanted
Recently received my CB7 Fancy Stitched 1-1/2" holster belt. It is just beautiful and fits perfectly (per the recommended measuring method). I wanted a tan, double layer, contoured holster belt to replace my 30+ year old holster belt from another maker. The fancy stitching matched my old one and the buckles are pretty darn close. My former fancy stitched, non-contoured, 1-3/4" belt in 36" length had morphed into a contoured 1-5/8" belt 40" long to the hole I used.
I do not see my new Galco belt stretching like my former belt as this one is a little heavier constructed. A definite winner.
