Description

The Concealable™ holster is one of Galco’s most recognizable and innovative belt holsters.

In the early 1970s, Galco founder Richard Gallagher made a major improvement on the basic pancake holster design when he invented forward molding. The Concealable was the first holster to use his innovative construction method. Its unique two-piece construction is contoured on the body side to the natural curve of the hip, keeping all the molding on the front of the holster, allowing for significantly more comfortable carry and a narrower profile than an ordinary pancake type holster. Hand-molded to fit specific handguns, the Concealable features a deeply hand-molded exterior for excellent retention properties and superior appearance, firing grip accessibility for speed, double-stitched seams for durability, and covered trigger guard for safety. The Concealable is constructed of premium steerhide and made to fit belts up to 1 1/2".

Made for both semiautomatic pistols and double-action revolvers, the Concealable is available in right or left hand designs in black or havana brown finish.

Galco Concealable OWB Perfection
The holster was stiff as Kydex when I got it. I see the improvement on the 2.0 but I couldn't resist the bargain. The original is still top notch.

I followed the break-in procedure. Because of the tight fit it took 72 hours to relax. Once at that point my draw was smooth and slick with adequate retention.

I consider the Galco Kingtuk Air to be the best IWB Holster and the Consealable the best OWB Holster. In my book they are as close to perfection as a human can get.

Very comfortable and sits nice and high.
I purchased this holster for my Glock 30. My Glock Fits like a glove into this holster. I carry daily and frequently practice drawing and holstering my weapon and the holster works in at a good pace. (Holster gets better with use).

Another Galco For Me
I bought this holster for a 1911 .45. I have several Galco holsters for other guns. This particular model, the Concealable Belt Holster is the same as I have for a Commander .45 and it is a very nicely built, light, perfect fitting holster. The way it is constructed makes it fit close to the body and the belt loops do not deform your belt like some pancake type holsters do. It is canted slightly too much for my taste, but that is a small trade off considering the quality of the holster. It carries very well and disappears under a sport coat. In my experience Galco holsters are always a first class choice.
