Description
    The DAO™ can be worn strong side or crossdraw at the user’s discretion. The holster employs a retention strap for simplicity and security in the brush. The retention strap has a large polymer tab to aid in snapping and unsnapping with a gloved hand. Tension screw adjustments allow for a custom fit to your revolver.
    Available in tan, black (select fits) and havana brown (select fits). Constructed of premium steerhide, the DAO fits belts up to 1 3/4".

Taurus Judge Holster
If you are reading this yes, you can buy a cheaper holster but my way of thinking is you get what you pay for. This is a very well made holster and will give years of good service. The website was easy to navigate and order. My fear as I searched was those universal holsters they dont hug your gun like one made for your model. So if you care about quality and good service order up the holster you wont be let down.

dao strongside/crossdraw holster
I recently purchased a s&w mod.586 4" revolver and wanted a nice leather holster for it.I decided to give Galco a go and I'm sure glad I did.I wanted the brown but had to settle for"havana"I'm glad the brown was not available because the Havana is beautiful!It took a couple of days of breaking in but now fits like a glove.The quality is unsurpassed as far as I'm concerned.I Liked it so much I purchased another for my Ruger gp-100 6". Shipping was fast.Had the holster within a week. Galcos web site was super easy to navigate.I have many handguns and they all like leather.I'll be back!

Perfect
Own S&W Model 65-5 Lady Smith 357 mag ss 3" and have not seen a suitable holster since my Bianchi leather holster was lifted during a household move. Then I used the Galco website to determine the Galco holster best fit for it. And this one fits perfectly albeit for a 4" barrel. No problem. And so well made. The dark brown is elegant and less attention-getting than tan or shiny black. Love it.
