DAO STRONGSIDE/CROSSDRAW BELT HOLSTER

I finally got a dual purpose holster that can easily be repositioned. I wear the holster strong side when in the field and quickly reposition to cross draw when in my vehicle for easy access and comfort. When it comes to leather holsters, Galco is the best in the business. If you want a quality leather holster, get a Galco. I've owned Galco leather holsters for over 35 years. Still have every one and all are still serviceable.

Galco holsters have made an excellent Gun leather holster. I bought the DAO for my Smith & Wesson 586 6 Inch and the the two standout together. The Leather seems high grade the stitching is great, over all looks and purpose are excellent.

I’m in the market for a holster for my Colt King Cobra Target and one for my S&W 617. Since I don’t know which one fits better, I decided to get the DAO from Galco and a cal38 from another supplier. After receiving both holsters, I have to literally throw away the cal38 because it does not fit period! Shipping cost for the Galco is a bit expensive but it’s worth it when you see the perfect fit of the holster for both my Colt and S&W. Definitely Galco holsters are made by people who knows holsters!!! I’m buying another Galco Dao but unfortunately most suppliers are out of stock. That’s how Galco holsters are in demand, more power to GALCO!!!
