Description
Galco's FasTrax PAC™ Elite waistpack is designed to blend with casual modern clothing styles while discreetly carrying a compact defensive handgun ready for instant action.
Unlike old-style waistpacks that required the user to dig deeply into the pack to draw the handgun, the FasTrax PAC Elite uses a highly innovative combination of a pivoting holster component and external activation cord. This enables you to unzip the pack and get your gun into action with incomparable speed relative to legacy waistpack designs. As we all know, speed is often in very short supply when you need a handgun to defend yourself and your loved ones.
Comfort is key when carrying all day, of course. To maximize wearer comfort, the FasTrax PAC’s back panel is made of Galco’s Comfort Cloth™, an Adaptive Performance Mesh™ that provides padding and moisture wicking.
Convenient concealment is also important. When moderately stretched for comfortable all-day use, the FasTrax PAC’s 1.5” wide elasticized adjustable waist strap will accommodate waists up to 56”. It uses a Nexus® buckle for quick on-off capability. The minimalist front pocket is in keeping with the pack's contemporary styling, and is purposely designed to discourage overstuffing with items that may interfere with the holster's pivoting action. A helpful pass-through device on the front pocket accommodates cables for earbuds or other devices.
Using a holster component made of Premium Center Cut Steerhide, the versatile FasTrax is easily adjustable to fit a wide range of handguns. Great fanny pack for pistol
This fanny pack, or waistpack is great for hiking and carrying my pistol in it. It has a small holster inside that holds the pistol securely. My Smith & Wesson 38 fits in it just perfect. It's nice leather. I love it.

Subcompact Waistpact
I had been looking for a better way to carry my compacts and subcompacts securely and comfortably and hadn't found anything that I liked. I've used several inside and outside waistband holsters and they've felt either too bulky or not secure enough. At the NRA Convention in Indy, I stopped at the Galco booth and talked with one of your reps, who showed me a couple of Galco's on the floor offerings. They still didn't look "right". Then he showed me a Waistpact he was wearing and demonstrated how it worked, using a "dummy" pistol he had. Perfect ! If Galco had had one at their booth, i would have bought it then, but had to wait until I got home to order. Thank you,Galco. It's exactly what I was looking for and it handles both my compact and subcompact pistols very nicely - good quality too!
