Description
The FLETCH™ high ride holster is one of Galco’s most popular designs.Its unique two-piece construction is contoured on the body side to the natural curve of the hip, keeping all the molding on the front of the holster, allowing for significantly more comfortable carry and a narrower profile than an ordinary pancake type holster*. Hand-molded to fit specific handguns, the FLETCH features a reinforced thumb break for security, firing grip accessibility for speed, double-stitched seams for durability, and covered trigger for safety. The retention strap configuration is specific to individual firearms types, and varies depending on firearm model. The FLETCH is constructed of premium steerhide and made to fit belts up to 1 3/4".
Made for semiautomatic pistols and double-action revolvers, the FLETCH is available in right or left hand designs in tan or black finish.
*Not available on some holster fits.

Excellent Fit, Great Quality
I bought the Fletch High Ride Belt Holster (FL213RB) for a Colt Series 70 Government Model 1911 .45ACP with a 5" barrel. (Left-hand draw, black.) The fit is perfect. Be aware, it may be quite stiff at first; I had to flare the barrel end of the holster a bit (working it with my hands, like breaking in a new baseball glove)...this quickly allowed for a full seating of the pistol and engagement of the thumb break button. So...it is an excellent fit, once you break it in just a little bit. Cheers, Galco!

Old school feels good
This is the perfect holster for my S&W 19. Low profile for concealment. Wore it for several days without my wife able to tell.

Very secure
It rides nice and high on the hip which helps to protect the gun. I had to slide down a near straight vertical creek bank that was covered in snow, and not only did my 1911 not move from it's place, but the end of the holster didn't get filled with snow because it sits up so high. It's very comfortable ( to the point that I sometimes forget that I'm wearing it) and I wear it all the time around the property no matter what I'm doing.
