Captain
I have a combination of GALCO and JACKASS shoulder rigs for various sidearms. As a result, I have had to modify the rigs to accommodate both type of harness fasteners (older screw together duplex and newer single point fasteners. Works well!!

Perfect solution
I don't like to cut off the excess straps from my shoulder rig. I ordered an extra set of these fasteners and they work perfectly to hold the straps in place. NOTE: The GALCO rep I spoke with recommended against this solution advising that it would make the rig too stiff. It may not work for you, but it works for me.

Work perfectly...
My shoulder holster order from MidWay was missing the harness fasteners. Rather than go thru the hassle and waiting to return the rig to MidWay, I ordered the fasteners directly from Galco. They arrived in a couple days, and work perfectly.
