3" Colt Python Perfect Fit!
I carry a 3" Colt Python as my edc CCW. I've tried many holsters including the Galco High Ride. They all were terrible. The buck stops here at the Revenger. Absolutely PERFECT fit and finish. My Colt fits like a glove and it carries like a dream.

For those who are interested... Yes the Revenger Holster covers the entire length of the 3" Colt Python barrel. Also the sight channel works perfectly with Wilson Combat sights. I use both front and rear WC sights and it's a perfect fit and a perfect draw. Absolutely no snagging.

The reinforced metal belt loop on the back of the Revenger is perfectly in line to support the heavy cylinder weight. This is without question the best option for a Colt Python 3"

It's expensive, but get the Revenger. Seriously it's that good.

This is a well made holster.
The Revenger is a very well made holster for specific revolvers. It is advertised as “near neutral cant.” In reality it has a slight forward cant. This should not be an issue except for those with arthritis or those who have to use the middle finger as the trigger finger. In that case the Galco DAO holster offers both a forward cant and a neutral or slight aft cant when worn on the strong side. Again the Revenget is well made and it fits my 3” 686P very well. It can be worn with Galco’s 1 1/2” contured belts.
