Description
The SAO™ (Single Action Outdoorsman) can be worn strong side or crossdraw at the user’s discretion. The holster employs a retention strap for simplicity and security in the brush. Tension screw adjustments allow for a custom fit to your revolver.
Constructed of premium steerhide, the SAO fits belts up to 1 3/4".
Made for single-action revolvers, the SAO is available in right and left hand designs in tan.

Good Leather
I ordered this for my 5 1/2 inch Bisley Blackhawk. The first one arrived with an error in assembly, the cross bolt was set in adjar. Customer service accepted that return for refund and I simultaneously ordered another - to be shipped to a vacation location. This one beat me there, and it's perfectly cut and assembled. Brand new with that good leather aroma. The fit is dead on. The rig is very stable in the cross-draw position, and adequately so on the strong side, although not quite as good as the cross draw. I really find this an attractive, practical, and very cost-effective holster for a big SA revolver. AND ... the customer service was excellent.

Very high quality...well worth the price
I purchased this holster for my Ruger Super Blackhawk in 44 Mag. It fits perfect. Very happy with your quality. I think Galco makes the best holsters on the market.
