The Double Magazine Carrier for shoulder systems features two tension screw adjustments. It is available in tan or black and is ambidextrous.

Quality
I just replaced my dual mag pouch after 12 years of daily wear from the first one. Where else can you get that kind of longevity out of a leather mag pouch.

Perfect fit
I bought this for my Glock 41 mags. and as no surprise, it works perfectly as I have come to expect from any Galco product. It holds the mags securely, and at the same time allows a smooth easy draw.. I also conceal well. I use Galco for all of my pistols for EDC and have for many years. In my opinion, they are the best around.
