Galco has simplified the basic tactical sling design for those who don’t always wear hard body armor or tactical vests. The Simple Lanyard and Carrying (SLC) Strap offers quick and simple attachment to virtually any rifle fitted with sling swivels, and two carry positions.
The first position is a conventional and comfortable two-point carrying position, allowing muzzle-up or muzzle-down rifle carry over the shoulder or across the back. In the second position – for tactical use – the SLC Strap operates much like a single-point sling, positioning the rifle at the front of the body in a safe but easily-accessed muzzle-down position. An HK-style snap hook allows quick and effortless transition between the two carry methods.
The SLC Strap is available in black or Flat Dark Earth nylon.

Love my Galco SLC strap
I had been looking for a good lightweight and simple to use sling for my RCPDW for awhile and am quite pleased with the Galco SLC. It was easy to install and keeps my weapon right where I need it in a patrol position. It's quick and easy to transition to a single point configuration if needed.
Properly configured it stays out of the way of weapon manipulation and malfunction clearing evolutions.
I loved the first one so much that I have already purchased another one for a different platform.
I highly recommend the Galco SLC strap.

Very Pleased
I researched several slings on line and decided to purchase this one. It was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. I am very pleased with how this sling feels and handles with my MPR, and would recommend it!
