"Miami Vice" premiered on NBC on September 16th, 1984 and changed police TV shows forever. Don Johnson, as detective Sonny Crockett, wore his Bren Ten pistol in Galco's Miami Classic and shot the holster to instant worldwide popularity among both cops and armed citizens.
