Description
Galco’s TacSlide™ combines steerhide and Kydex® for a belt holster that is fast, concealable, and very economical! Following on the tremendous success of the hybrid KingTuk™ IWB, the TacSlide mates a Kydex holster pocket to a slotted top grain steerhide backplate. An open top and near-neutral cant make the draw fast and simple.
The wide spacing of the 1 3/4” belt slots pulls the handgun in tight to the body for excellent concealment. The TacSlide’s silhouetted, belt-slide design accommodates multiple barrel lengths on the same basic frame size while simultaneously minimizing overall bulk. The top grain steerhide backplate is smooth where it rides against the wearer’s body, greatly increasing comfort.
The TacSlide is currently offered for popular semiautos and double-action revolvers.

Galco quality
Like many of you I have carried a sidearm concealed and open for many years as a pro and a civilian. I have always preferred a belt slide holster and can attest to this fact by how many I have in a box that just didn't get it right. The Tacslide has everything I want; weight distribution, pulls in tight to the body, ease of draw, and absolutely comfortable. You get a full grip on your pistol without rubbing the web of your hand raw. A lot of thought and quality of craftmanship went in this design. I recommend this holster!

Tacslide Belt Holster
I have been carrying a firearm for almost 30 years. I have been through many holster brands trying to find one which is comfortable. Carrying a Glock 26 with 13 rounds is a lot of weight in the Florida heat. My Galco IWB is OK in the cooler days which are rare in FL. The Tacslide holster is the most comfortable because the weight is evenly distributed and it doesn't dig into ones hip. It pulls fairly tight to the body for good concealment. It removes easily from the belt. The molded Kydex over the pistol is a perfect fit. I do not like holsters with straps. I am very satisfied with this holster. Unfortunately my trial and error has created a draw full o custom holsters which ended on E Bay. This Tacslide is simply the most COMFORTABLE OWB holster.

Comfortable & functional
It's difficult to find a holster for a "curvy lady". I wanted to find a strong side holster that would work for both my Glock 22 & 27 for my requalification for my CCW in a few months. This holster seems comfortable & both pistols fit securely. I love the fact that I can get a proper grip for the draw. As others have mentioned, for concealed carry a loose shirt or jacket is necessary. I haven't been able to get to the range due to the Covid-19 situation but I think this holster will work well. I have used Galco products for years, including the Pandora purses, and always find the quality to be excellent.
