Description
The contoured, 2.5" wide harness straps are extremely comfortable on all body shapes and excel on larger-framed gun carriers.

A key component of the Galco shoulder system is its spider harness. All four points of the spider harness pivot independently and are connected by our unique clover shaped Flexalon™ swivel back plate, which is a Galco trademark. This results in a perfect fit and lasting comfort for all sizes and shapes.

The modular interchangeable component shoulder systems (originally known as the "Jackass Rig™ ") were invented by Galco International in 1970. Today, we continue to offer quality and versatility by developing products that enable you to design the perfect system to suit your needs. For example, you may assemble a two-handgun rig, a half harness system, or add tie downs and cuff case to an existing system. The possibilities are endless.

Full grain leather, 2 1/2" wide at the shoulders, tapering to 1".

Fits chest measurements to 56".

I have carried using shoulder holster systems for many years the 2.5" harness is needed when carrying a larger handgun it distributes the weight evenly; My rig for HP-35 with mag carrier

First time shoulder harness
This is the first time I ever wore a shoulder harness. Because I'm a big guy, I decided to go with the 2.5 wide unit. The wide shoulder straps are extremely comfortable. My setup is a Glock 19 with two 17 round mags. I ware this setup all day without any shoulder fatigue. Highly recommend!

After many shoulder issues the wider harness is perfect. It also stays in place better than the narrow harness.
