Description

The Concealable™ holster is one of Galco’s most recognizable and innovative belt holsters.

In the early 1970s, Galco founder Richard Gallagher made a major improvement on the basic pancake holster design when he invented forward molding. The Concealable was the first holster to use his innovative construction method. Its unique two-piece construction is contoured on the body side to the natural curve of the hip, keeping all the molding on the front of the holster, allowing for significantly more comfortable carry and a narrower profile than an ordinary pancake type holster. Hand-molded to fit specific handguns, the Concealable features a deeply hand-molded exterior for excellent retention properties and superior appearance, firing grip accessibility for speed, double-stitched seams for durability, and covered trigger guard for safety. The Concealable is constructed of premium steerhide and made to fit belts up to 1 1/2".

Made for both semiautomatic pistols and double-action revolvers, the Concealable is available in right or left hand designs in black or havana brown finish.

This is the finest belt holster that I've ever found!
I bought my first Concealable belt holster for my 4 1/4" barreled 1911 pistol a couple of years ago and found it to be everything that Galco claimed it to be, especially concealable. To me, an engineer, I have concluded that Galco is one of the very few holster manufacturers that know how and where to cut the belt slots. Theirs are close to the pocket for the gun and therefore, "blousing" away from the belt is prevented, especially as the leather "breaks-in". Add to that, their "concealable" design technique and this holster has proven to be my go-to outside the waist band holster. I quickly ordered a second one for my full-sized 1911 too. Everything else about Galco's high-quality holds true too.

Review for CONCEALABLE BELT HOLSTER

Great Product
I found myself doubting whether or not I should purchase one of these holsters for my Beretta 92FS (SKU: CON202B) because of the fact that the Beretta is a hard full-size pistol to conceal; however, my job requires me to conceal one so I had little option here. The holster was sold out for the longest time and then became available so I quickly jumped on the chance to purchase it. When it arrived a few days ago, I noticed that there was not much breaking-in needed as it was already molded perfectly and broken in (a bit snug, but better than other products). I broke it in over night and used it for a few days before using it for duty. I must say, it is very comfortable to wear! I usually conceal compact but having this holster makes me want to carry my Beretta more. I remains perfectly concealed behind my jacket, doesn't dig into my back, I can easily drive a vehicle without taking it out, and best if all, my pistol can be drawn very quickly! Overall, this is an excellent product. I will be buying another for my SIG P229.
