Good!
These are excellent fasteners just make sure you put the bigger rounder side that says Galco on it which is the more flat side on the inside rubbing up against your body because the small side is thicker and it creases in to you, the bigger side where it says Galco on it is flattered you want to make sure you put that on the inside rubbing up against you because you can't feel it and it's very comfortable that way. Is your working out good so far so good I highly recommend. Also buy extra to have a spares.
