This exceptional sportsman’s holster can be used strong side or crossdraw at the user’s discretion.

The Phoenix™ features stitched sight rails to protect both leather and sights, reinforced thumb break with covered snap for security in the brush and a swift draw, and tension screw adjustment for a custom fit to your handgun.

Constructed of premium steerhide with silicone suede lining, the Dual Position Phoenix fits belts up to 1 3/4".

Made for 1911 pistols and double-action revolvers, the Dual Position Phoenix is available in right and left hand designs in black or tan.

Best Python Holster!
I have bought Galco holsters and gear for 30+ years and never been disappointed. I purchased the Phoenix for my new 6" Colt Python and it fit like a dream. I did not have to do any adjustment other than stretch the thumb strap which is standard with any holster/weapon combination. The suede lining is excellent and protects the beautiful polished stainless steel of my "Snake Gun!" I partnered the holster with a belt speed loader carrier all on a SB6 belt all in Black for complete rig. The Phoenix is the best holster available for the Colt Python.

Great piece of workmanship
While I have not had it out in the woods yet, it seems to be everything as promised. Fits my S&W 686 4" barrel like it was custom made specifically for that gun. Materials and workmanship are, like everything I have bought from Galco, top of the line!
