The Phoenix™ features stitched sight rails to protect both leather and sights, reinforced thumb break with covered snap for security in the brush and a swift draw, and tension screw adjustment for a custom fit to your handgun.

Constructed of premium steerhide with silicone suede lining, the Dual Position Phoenix fits belts up to 1 3/4".

Made for 1911 pistols and double-action revolvers, the Dual Position Phoenix is available in right and left hand designs in black or tan.

Wow!
This is one sweet holster. I got it for my new S&W 686, 6-shot, 6" barrel length. The leather is soft and supple, and the materials and craftsmanship are absolutely superb. It took a while and a bit of effort to get the holster stretched out to properly accommodate the revolver and close the thumb strap, but once it fit, it fits very nicely. An added bonus is the wonderful smell of properly treated, fresh leather.

Phoenix Holster AWESOME Quality
I have several pistols and have tried most of the top brand leather holsters. Galco makes the best quality and fitting leather holsters, bar none! BTW this Phoenix holster for my S&W 629 is my second Galco holster, but won't be my last.

Good holster for most K-frames
I have a handful of K frames and this fits almost all of them. It turns out the holster doesn't fit the one revolver I bought it for though which is a bummer. If you have a combat magnum with the big, broad hammer spur you won't be able to button the strap shut. Otherwise it's a brilliant holster, leather is quality, and it rides very nicely.
