This exceptional sportsman’s holster can be used strong side or crossdraw at the user’s discretion.

The Phoenix™ features stitched sight rails to protect both leather and sights, reinforced thumb break with covered snap for security in the brush and a swift draw, and tension screw adjustment for a custom fit to your handgun.

Constructed of premium steerhide with silicone suede lining, the Dual Position Phoenix fits belts up to 1 3/4".

Made for 1911 pistols and double-action revolvers, the Dual Position Phoenix is available in right and left hand designs in black or tan.

Finally found what I was looking for...
I attended the USCCA Expo in Fort Worth, TX, earlier this year (2021). Galco had a booth there, with knowledgeable reps, and all their products prominently displayed. I told the rep I now have my father's Ruger GP100 4.2", that I had sent to Patriot Polishing in Ft Myers, FLA, to have mirror-polished, and I was having trouble finding a holster for it. All the ones at the gun shows and Cabela's/Bass Pro seem so cheap, and a lot aren't even made in the USA, which Galco is. He showed me several options, but steered me towards the PHOENIX. I loved it, and ordered one the next day from their website, and got 20% off with the USCCA code. It soon arrived and when I slipped that mirror-polished revolver into that beautiful suede-lined holster it was a perfect fit. I was so happy with it that I immediately ordered another model number of the PHOENIX for my Sig Sauer 1911 5" Texas Silver Edition. When it arrived it was also a perfect fit. I'm sticking with Galco from here on out. Getcha one!

Very little breaking in needed. Great fit, top quality. Nothing beats leather! Every gun needs a good holster, you can’t get a better product.
