1. Full size pistol: the straps may be removed to accommodate extended magazines. Secure retention is provided by the tension units. If you require retention straps with extended magazines, please purchase the Extended Double Mag Carrier.
2. Compact/subcompact pistol: if a full-size version of your pistol is available, the mag carrier will generally also accommodate magazines from the full-sized pistol.
3. Please contact Galco customer service for further clarification as needed.
NOTE: Sleeved Magazines
May not properly accommodate magazines with exterior sleeves, as the
baseplates will rub together.
Description
Designed in response to customers heading to combat zones, the Quad magazine carrier also works very well for those who must be discreetly yet heavily armed. It holds four magazines in a horizontal position, while tension units and optional-use ambidextrous straps secure non-extended magazines.

Quad magazine carrier.
The quad magazine carrier holds 4 of my S&W 1911- 45 - magazines. I like the tension screws on the quad magazine carrier because I can adjust the tension that I want to put on the magazines, so I can pull out the magazines easier. I put the quad magazine carrier on the Galco jackass rig and it works well. I don't understand why Galco doesn't have the Miami Classic shoulder holster system for railed 1911s. Galco has the best shoulder holsters and holster products, thanks Galco.

Stay in the fight
I like this better than the dual mag pouch. Gravity doesn’t pull the mags to the floor when I unsnap. My set up is for my SIG 220. I like the idea of more ammo.
