The Double Magazine Carrier for shoulder systems features two tension screw adjustments. It is available in tan or black and is ambidextrous.

Double Mag Holster 45 ACP
I really like this product. It holds very securely and is still reasonably quick to access during my practice. I kinda wish it was a little heavier to be more equal to the weight of my 4” SpringField 45
